Here at Milestone, we’ve invested significantly in state-of-the-art contract bagging equipment that can make light work of even the largest and most labour-intensive commercial packing projects.
Bagging with Force
At our head office in Tilbury we are proud to have three specialist bagging plants. These bagging plants are designed to save our customers time and money by automating much of the bagging process. Our brand-new aggregate bulk bagging machine can fill up to 300 bags per hour, making it ideal for higher volume orders, while our custom-built poly bagging machine can pack up to 12 pallets of 25kg bags per hour.

We have also invested further recently in a specialist topsoil and bark bulk bagging machine which can facilitate regular topsoil, subsoil and bark products along with more specialist intensive soils and substrates.

All of our contract packing, and bagging services are carried out at our Head office in Tilbury, Essex, which is conveniently located close to the A13 and M25 for quick links into the London and the surrounding home counties. We are also proud to boast a large specialist fleet of HGV’s that can deliver your packaged products nationwide.

Our poly bagging machine can pack items in bags up to 25kg in weight, with 10kg, 15kg and 20kg weight options also available.
